If you are using a Hypertherm with a Plasmacam table, remember the original torch cable will not fire a machine torch so be sure to grab a CPC Interface Cable as well! (CPC kit/port required on your Hypertherm - available from your welding supply)

45-105A DHC²-Samson-GoTorch-DHC+
Fits all DHC², Samson 510, and GoTorch tables as well as DHC tables that have been upgraded to the DHC+. The clamp block is for 1-3/8" diameter machine torches.

125A DHC²-Samson-GoTorch-DHC+
Fits all DHC², Samson 510, and GoTorch tables as well as DHC tables that have been upgraded to the DHC+. The clamp block is for 1-3/4" diameter machine torches.

45-105a Original DHC Kit
This kit includes replacement Z-motor mounting carriage and a 45-105a Universal Snap 'N Cut mount. This is for the old original DHC model Plasmacam ONLY.

45-105a Universal
This Snap'NCut breakaway mount is made to suit the majority of light industrial CNC Plasma tables. It comes with four mounting points through the base plate and, a further two threaded screw holes on both side faces, making for easy mounting to almost any system. The clamp block is for 1-3/8" diameter machine torches.

125A Universal
This Snap'NCut breakaway mount is made to suit the majority of light industrial CNC Plasma tables. This 5-volt expansion card is far superior to onboard ports and other low-voltage aftermarket alternatives. Axxon engineered this card specifically to work with Plasmacam/Samson/GoTorch machines to reduce or eliminate communication errors!

This card requires a PCIe expansion slot. 

Pair of limit switches for Plasmacam/Samson/GoTorch machines.

Switches are mounted on the gantry and detect X & Y travel limit during initialization.

Do not use center post when installing and do not over-tighten which will break the switch. This includes two switches so order a quantity of one to receive both limit switches.
You can replace one or both as they do not have to be changed in pairs.

Use these files to cut the grate system designed by Mick at Snap'NCut. This slat system is easier to load and move material and much easier to replace only the areas of the table that need it! Both 4x4 and 5x10 table files are included.

With this kit you can use our CPC Interface cable directly with your original Hypertherm Powermax 45 to connect to your Plasmacam/Samson/GoTorch table!

This kit makes it easy to upgrade from the old original 45 hand torch to a new Duramax machine torch (suggested part number 059482 for the 25' short version). If you want to switch to this torch to take advantage of current model consumables and Fine Cut consumables as well as the ease of use of a machine torch, this kit is for you! Together with a CPC Interface cable and a magnetic SnapN'Cut Magnetic Mount you'll have a much better cutting experience!

500 CPR optical encoder with index pulse. There is an encoder mounted on both the X and Y motors that report their position back to the control box. Hex wrench for installation is included. Signs of failure include not keeping track of the position accurately or at all.

Instructions will be emailed when your order is shipped. Please familiarize yourself with them before attempting to replace. The video manual contains more information in Chapter 8 as well. If you are uncomfortable about your skill, consider replacing the entire motor which will come with a new encoder already installed.

This kit includes six laser cut support brackets that tab together and fit in your DHC2 machine to get rid of those annoying pointy grates with huge holes! With this system in place, tip ups will be greatly reduced and because the slats are regular flat strap, you can replace one, a few, or all as needed. ** These are designed to work with the Snap 'N Cut magnetic machine torch mount so they relocate the home corner stops!!!!!! If you are using a hand torch you will want to not use that stop (you can still use the side stops). If you are using a Snap N' Cut, this will be a welcome change!

* Slats are NOT included. You will need to obtain these from your local metal supplier. I order it already cut to length and just drop them in. You will need 23 pieces of 2.5" x .125" flat strap 46.25" long. Stop edge is pieces of .75" x .125" strap.
